Moogerah Lakeside Bush Retreat is a small family owned and operated campground on the shores of beautiful Lake Moogerah in the heart of the Scenic Rim, South East Queensland. The property is set in a quiet bush location surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Scenic Rim, conveniently located near the Cunningham Highway.

A range of accommodation is available, including powered and unpowered camp sites, group camp areas, bunk style cabins, and a fully self-contained cabin.

There is never a shortage of things to do. Guests can take a canoe or boat out for a cruise on the lake or try their luck at some fishing. Moogerah is well known for its large bass and yellowbelly. There is a good bushwalk at the property that leads out to Striker Point and into the gorge waterfall, with spectacular views along the way.

Guests with a four-wheel drive can take a short drive up to Spicers Gap National Park, where a short walk leads out to the Governors Chair lookout, with spectacular views of the Fassifern Valley and beyond.
