Tamborine Mountain Scarecrow Festival

The Tamborine Mountain Scarecrow Festival is a fun-filled community celebration bringing together creativity, entertainment and the unique mountain spirit of Tamborine Mountain.

Held on Saturday 31 October 2026 at Cauldron Distillery, the festival will feature live music, entertainment, artisan market stalls, delicious food, family activities and plenty of scarecrow-themed fun.

The festival is held in conjunction with the much-loved Tamborine Mountain Scarecrow Trail, running from Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November 2026. Visitors can explore Tamborine Mountain and discover creative scarecrow displays appearing at businesses and locations across the mountain.

The Scarecrow Trail is free to explore, making it a great way to spend the weekend discovering Tamborine Mountain’s villages, attractions, shops, cafés and local businesses.

Whether you’re coming for the scarecrows, the entertainment, the markets or simply a day out in the Scenic Rim, the Tamborine Mountain Scarecrow Festival is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate local creativity and experience the mountain community.
